Special Launch - march 25, 2023 - milford, in
Class 1 - Low Power Launch at Milford
TARC team from Elkhart HS and a rocketry team from U of Toledo have a need to fly rockets very soon, so we will have an ad hoc launch this Saturday March 25th at Milford! This is a low-power club launch, so all are welcome to come fly for free. It will be tailored to the needs of these teams, so here is the special format for this one-off launch;
1. This is a Class 1 launch, so 3.3 lbs. maximum liftoff weight, 125 g propellant max (small H motors).
2. The launch window is 3 to 6 p.m. to take advantage of the best weather conditions that day.
3. Because of field conditions (wet and muddy), we will very likely launch from near the road - 9801 N 100 E, Milford, IN 46542.
4. There will be no restroom facilities on-site. Milford is a five-minute drive from the launch site.
5. We will be using flight cards and the usual RSO and LCO procedures.If customers can’t find it, it doesn’t exist. Clearly list and describe the services you offer. Also, be sure to showcase a premium service.
